Personal Training

Our personal training sessions will be tailored to your individual needs and the sessions will be constructed after you have completed your lifestyle questionnaire.

Our sessions are not only restricted to the gym, we are a stones throw from the beach, a short jog to the upmarket Portals harbour and 50 yards from a grass training area. We have outdoor equipment for strength and agility and an array of ideas for good cardio training outdoors. We could even pop out in the kayaks for an hour if you want a good core and upper body session. We can arrange sports specific training for those with more experience or a beginner’s session for those just starting out in fitness. Whatever your needs we can guarantee you’ll be training in an inspiring environment.

We highly recommend that you order a fitness test in advance of your training session so we can access your fitness levels and set realistic goals.
